We moved from NYC->SF->Denver->San Diego and CA always pulled us back once we left.
My wife isn't from the US and from a third world country. She said something that stuck with me. You have people in her country that wanted nothing but the chance to live in the US and then you had those that hated it and laughed at everything wrong with the country. She said they secretly would move in a second if they won the green card lotto but just make fun of it because they will never get a chance to move to the US.
I have a feeling CA is a bit of the same for some people.
The ones I've tried I always take them out while sleeping without knowing. Been trying for years to find one that I'll keep in. I know you need to keep trying but its never in my mouth when I wake up
It was probably a better bet to put your savings into pinball games in 2019 and selling them now then the market.
This will 100% work but we also need battery tech to hit like 250-300 a kwh for storage is my magic number to get a 40-50kwh backup and detach from the grid.
My guess is its just some made up story by the CEO to try to get his employees to work harder because some anonymous employee had to sell their dog

Resume can be given on demand. I have co-workers that love these threads.I've been in the Devops/SRE space for 21 years. I've been using Kubernetes in production on large clusters for over 5 years now. I've saved companies 40%+ of their AWS bill by utilizing autoscaling and spot heavily with great success.
Looking for a new role where I'm working in a fast paced environment and help them with their cloud/kubernetes experiences.
I believe SVB will be open for business on Monday
He has jobs booked out 8 months now. Its funny because he tells me his parents were so upset he started a roofing company and didn't go to college and now he makes more per year then most software engineers even at large tech companies.
He also said he's having issues hiring dependable people even though he says he's offering a really good salary+benefits.

If I remember correctly ebay didn't take a percentage of the shipping only the sale. So I'd sell it for $5 but charge $25 for shipping and they only took a % of the $5 so I'd keep a lot more money
n/m signed up and you use sliders to get what you need.. looks like its about $15 a month for 1Tb of storage which isn't enough for me.. too bad.
