We've got a Chromecast and a Chromecast audio and whenever something is playing on either of them any Android phone in the house gets the ability to pause, skip or change the volume from the lock screen.

A remote doesn't make sense for it honestly.

Android has a hell of a lot more people developing it/for it. I wouldn't be so sure of that assumption.

If you're worrying about the long term use of Linux on a Dell or Lenovo machine you are going to hate trying to run Mac OS on it.

You really shouldn't put the car in neutral if you're approaching upcoming traffic as you aren't in full control of the vehicle if you suddenly need power to get out of a developing situation.

You're also not getting the advantages of engine braking especially as most modern cars won't be pumping fuel to the engine if there is no load, instead your car is just idling in neutral.
