gboss··on Should Custom Software Developers Be Generalists or Specialists?
The full phrase is actually:

"Jack of all trades, master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_of_all_trades,_master_of_...

Puts a different spin on it.

gboss··on Guide to Sending Email Like a Startup
These are not transactional emails, but triggered emails that are automated by a user's actions. Transactional emails typically revolve around a transaction, example emails include an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or order cancellation email. I'm pretty sure most of these emails would require the customer to be subscribed to your email list, while a true transactional email would not.

Well it's possible and reasonable that you don't want to have what products your browsing to be snooped on by some sort of MITM attack. While probably not from MITM snooping, Target found out a teenage girl was pregnant before her own parents, and sent her parent's address Diaper and Baby advertisements: http://www.forbes.com/sites/kashmirhill/2012/02/16/how-targe...

This video is super bizarre. While assembly lines are impressive works of engineering in and of themselves, I don't know how this engenders excitement about the product. It looks super artificial and not like food. I know that's the point that it's "fuel" but it would be nice to see the ingredients that turn into that white liquid. Maybe we don't want to see those...

Don't give up on oranges! There are many different varieties out there and you may not have found one you like yet. Also tangelos can be sweeter. While oranges are usually sold year round in grocery stores, they actually have a harvest season. In North America oranges are in season November through May. I use find the best oranges around December to February. Valencia oranges are best for juicing rather than eating and navel oranges are easiest to peel. A good orange is hard to beat!

That's actually not true. Insurance companies, such as Kaiser Permanente, see a few years of PrEP during a patients active sexual years favorable to treating HIV for life. I have a few friends that are on Prep and have private insurance and have not had any difficulty acquiring the prescription.

Are your friends using late 2000s netbooks? I routinely open large PDFs (greater than 5mbs) with no problem. Firefox is very customizable if you don't like the Australis look you are free to change it. I use tree-style tabs personally. This comment is just unnecessary trolling.

It's because the rate of evaporation is highest during the noon hours. Water utilities regularly ask people to water their lawns in the early morning or evening to reduce wasting water to evaporation before it can be soaked in by the grass itself.
