I'd say learn html/css and along with that concentrate more on usability of the website. To be really good at creating graphics and flash for websites could take some time. So I'd say definitely learn HTML/CSS also learn the usability aspect of web design and out source the graphics part. May be for this project you might want to outsource the html/css also.

It is easy to keep experts around and say things which people want to hear. May be Obama is doing that. It takes guts to say what you believe in like McCain has done on certain issues. That shows McCain will do what he is speaking currently once he gets in power, if Obama is just speaking what his experts tell him to there are lot of chances he might not do what he is currently telling, the reason he gets elected.

How many people with Obama's skin color support McCain? Something to think about, when Obama gets undisputed support from the people of his skin color it is very likely that he will return the favor. Do you want to live in the administration that is supportive to certain race or ethnicity?

Are you worried about investors? This is the time to take your slice of the pie(I mean in honest sense). If investors find out you own the code and can walk away with it they will be hesitant in investing since once you walk away what are the founders left with? they'll lose investor.

Also if you think they are not honest trust me it is not worth trying more, down the road they'll try something else to get back the stocks even if they give it to you now.

If they are not honest with you take your code without telling them and start you own company or if you need a job find other one. It is very difficult to get the dishonest people straight, best thing is to find your way out.

Sanitizing input is one of the best defense's against the Cross site scriting and sql injection attacks, since those account for most of the security attacks, also equally important is to html encode the output so that it does not contain any characters which could be used in these kinds of attacks.

Cross site scripting and sql injection attacks could almost be prevented by checking the input for the unwanted characters and in case if they got in to your system second level of defense is to html encode them when you ouput on the screen.

Yes it's true. I have outsourced projects at times when I have more work then I can handle. Their best trick is to double the price we agreed on after taking the work half way. The excuse for that is that the work to be done is more than we estimated even when I clearly explain what I need before the project starts.

Though this is for software. But I know it applies to other type of work.

And yes quality is always an issue. So be careful. It's always better to have American or European company in between
