I'm not sure how this doesn't cover all exploits - there have been a few cases of vulnerabilities discovered by state agencies being leaked/disclosed [1].

In any case, Matt Godbolt has spoken a bit about the architecture of Compiler Explorer. Seems like he's given some thought to security.
Basically all of the northern areas in the Northern Territory are burnt once every two years or so.
One thing to consider is that Indigenous Australians have been doing regular burns for tens of thousands of years. It's pretty well understood how the land burns, how often it needs to be burnt and what good/safe conditions look like.
So..the US as well? The UK? I wonder who else is "asking".
