I really wanted to use now because the developer experience is so great but the TTFB made itunusable for us to host customer facing services and lack of support response made it hard to stay.

- Keep all your teams notebooks in one place (not on laptops)
- Reuse them liberally (the %run command is excellent and often better than creating python libraries)
- Most important of all is make them readable documents not just list of coding commands, that means you should title things clearly, explain what you going to do.
- Label everything, axis labels are needed on almost every chart, and also make sure you put a title and description for every chart.
- Separating your project into processing and presentation notebooks is really helpful. So one notebook for data prep and another for plots and explanations.
I've posted the graph here: https://kyso.io/eoin/gdp-per-capita-vs-gini

I've used these solutions, but while Jupyter is amazing (my startup https://kyso.io started as a way to share notebooks) I'm not sure if deducing which cells to convert into an endpoint is the way to go - especially since you will need to also host model files and extra data?

It was also really easy to make it, maybe 250 lines of python in total
(guide to making this app is here: https://kyso.io/KyleOS/creating-an-interactive-application-u...)
We act like knowledge repo for teams so you can add a wiki article explaining where the data is and how to get it, and the notebooks can be downloaded/forked, saved on github, so that your team can re-use them as data transformation scripts.
I'm more than happy to help anyone get started at eoin [at] (company website)
I forked OP's study and graphed out how Happiness vs GINI looks when you scale the markers by GDP per capita, there is a clear trend of increasing happiness with increasing GINI, but it snaps back for the highest GDP per capita countries
(disclaimer - I founded Kyso - the company these studies are hosted on)
So increasing GINI would correlate with increasing happiness, until you hit the GDP per capita ceiling, and then it becomes anti-correlated.

With nbviewer you need to self host the notebook somewhere, and there are no profiles - so you can't keep all your work together.
With Kyso you can upload a notebook, import from github, or open Jupyter in the cloud and then publish your work, its all integrated.
Thanks why we hide the code by default on the notebooks and we work hard to make interactive charts (like bokeh, d3) work perfectly.

Do you want it to be so easy that you jump into the notebook immediately upon logging in, the hard part is that javascript will run in your browser - but python or R need a kernel running somewhere?
