Interesting read.

A friend lost £2000 worth of BTC in MtGox which is probably worth a fortune at today's prices. The last time I spoke with him he said there was some sort of lawsuit for victim compensation. How did you recover your funds?

An unexpected cause!

U is a vowel.

Nowhere in TFA did they say what OrcaSlicer does. I must be expected to go to the GitHub and find out for myself!

You were dating twins as a form of redundancy?!

Authentication to Overseerr is done with a Plex account. No new accounts.

Do what I do and use the tautulli sqlite3 database to get the IP addresses of Plex users and then add them to an ipset filter in nftables/ip tables that whitelists them to access an nginx proxy serving Overseeerr on port 443. It's glorious. I'm sure any LLM can cook this up for you.

Expose Overseerr over HTTPS either from your home network or on a free VPS which has the tunnel into the home network where Radarr and Sonarr live. This is simpler for users to go to a website instead of having to also use a VPN.

This of course assumes you already have Plex or Jellyfin exposed to the public internet without a VPN.

If you're already forcing users to use a VPN for Plex/Jellyfin then hosting Overseerr locally and making it accessible over the VPN should be trivial.

Overseerr is a thing.

This is why I thoroughly enjoyed the Wonder Man TV show reboot, watching the entire show in one sitting.

They played within the constraints they had but also managed to also make similar points.

WhatsApp supports this too.

As an aside, I decrypted an encrypted iPhone backup using a tool from GitHub because I wanted easy access to my Voice Memo recordings.

Photos I had long deleted were still in the backup! It's quite surprising just how much is being stored by the phone.

Both can be true.
