Interesting insight. How does one go about creating this network? I have a network with my fellow colleagues but with remote/hybrid settings, its hard to make that personal connection with them that I could do if we were in person.

Thanks for the feedback. I like the breakdown of the price incentive for interviewer. One way I was thinking of approaching this problem was to let the interviewer decide their own price packages. We will give them a pre-configured session lengths that they can activate or de-activate and put a price on it as well.

See above but yeah from what we have heard speaking to a few tax accountants, is that issuing equity to non-canadian can cause tax liability for them.

Taxes are definitely a big challenge. From what we can tell, giving straight equity to non-Canadian (US citizen) would have tax liability for him.

I am not sure what would the tax implications be for us as Canadian citizen to own a Delaware Inc.

This is pretty cool. Is there something like this for building "slides" like powerpoint decks?
