AI training data was vacuumed up without any consideration for the source or even the content itself. The fundamental way LLM models are built invites you to do just that. To get to the biggest "L" (for "large") you must suck up as much content as possible.
They brought it on themselves, by design, and are only now finding out what they actually ingested.
I'd say "hosting" means making something available to you in the cloud. Model makers don't offer that.
They sell "inference," which is a compute task with real hardware costs for them. The task runs against their model, which is not hosted for you.
In an essay called Ur (Eternal) Fascism[0], he described how totalitarian systems are anti-scientific and instead promote religion, "the old ways," and gambling.
When your window is wide enough (on desktop), you should be able to drag the split point between the TV display and the channel list.
It does only allow filtering by one language at a time, but you can build your hotbar of the stations you like that you find across any filters.
The scan works on the displayed results. If you change the filter, it starts with the new list -- but all the results are saved regardless.
Hope that makes it a bit bitter!
But... TV Explorer does keep track of what's tunable (with status lights down the left column) and also lets you scan in the background to find the ones that are live for you right now.

The short version is that it uses my own engine, called Watson. I used to work for a small game studio inside a big company and my specialty was tooling. I had built my own before I started there and when they shutdown, it evolved into Watson[0].
It's lightweight because it's a static site with no server, it has no spying code or SDKs, and it puts the broadcasters HLS stream URL directly into a <video> element in your browser with minimal intervention.
When you register a corporation, it is a legal person (in the US). That person is the person selling the goods or services and is legally responsible. That's different from the concept of which human people own a company, which can be obfuscated through many means.
The OP asked how to sell something without providing any identity information.
The usual way a business handles this is to register as a corporation, and that's what gives out its address and contact info, not your home. A registered business can have an address elsewhere, at least in the US.
There are many ways to collect money in an app without putting that app in the Play Store. Perhaps a web app without outside payment and an auth system would serve you better.
Space-based businesses are hoping to grandfather themselves in once laws are established about the use of space, and betting that by then whatever service they offer will be seen as indispensable.
