The information you can currently 'cache' from facebook, is called basic information and currently consists of:

> user ID, name, email, gender, birthday, current city, profile picture URL, and the user IDs of the user’s friends who have also connected with your application.

You can also easily request other information, such as email address, without any additional dialogue box. I'm not sure whether most users would realize that this additional information is being shared, or not.
