People that know C should be able to read and understand the interface file at:
https://github.com/andlabs/libui/blob/master/ui.h
The function / variable names are informative enough. There are examples which should get you started at:
https://github.com/andlabs/libui/tree/master/examples
Even if they would add comments to the interface files (that may be used to generate docs), it will not add much value if it will become as follows:
// Set window title. First argument should be the window and the second the title as a string
uiWindowSetTitle(uiWindow *w, const char *title);
What I think is more important is adding tests etc. Tests can then also serve as a kind of documentation. This is similar to dynamic scoping.
"To raise market cap. by 5B, you basically need to raise price by ~3% (%_delta = [(cap_delta / btc_count + current_price) / current_price - 1] * 100%). The total usd amount to change price by desired delta is pretty small, for BTC it is usually around 8M for 1% (easy to check)"

Make sure you are able to get out on time if needed. Investigate and decide for yourself. There is a lot of censoring and vote manipulation going on. I am not going to point fingers, but just that you are aware.
"Key medical objections to infant anesthesia - that it was (a) unnecessary and (b) dangerous - were resolved by the brilliant research of Kanwal Anand and colleagues at Oxford from 1985 to 1987. Making precise measurements of infant reactions to surgery, they proved that the babies experienced pain, needed and tolerated anesthesia well, and had probably been dying of metabolic and endocrine shock following unanesthetized operations."

It is almost in the same line of thinking that infants are not capable of feeling pain and why some operations on them were done without anesthesia:
http://www.nytimes.com/1987/12/17/opinion/l-why-infant-surge...
I believe some operations on infants are still being done without it:
http://gizmodo.com/why-are-so-many-newborns-still-being-deni...
"to this day, many procedures are performed on newborns without the benefit of analgesics. That’s largely because of an enduring misconception in the medical community that newborns don’t feel pain like adults."
- Both my Vive and my Rift have visible mura not being corrected by the mura correction. The Vive has a more uniform mura, but darker scenes (even grey ones) are impossible to play. This got worse after an update last November. My Rift shows the following pattern: https://imgur.com/a/fG2F6. Disabling SPUD works but creates many other issues like ghosting / black smear.
- Everything on my Rift is blurry and I cannot read any text at all. Even text that is close. I adjusted the IPD, how I wear it, increasing supersampling etc. all without success. I have a constant feeling as if my eyes are crossed. I can watch Miyubi on the Vive, but not on my Rift.
- The new Rift foam causes pupil swim for me because my eyes are closer to the lens. I can also see the borders of the screen even in the middle.
- I got the new Rift bundle, but many demos assume you have the remote which is not inside the box anymore. For me the Touch controllers are too much of a hassle to put on only to control a movie. I do not seem to be able to wear the Touch controllers like is shown in the videos. May be my hands are too small.
- I prefer the new Vive deluxe headstrap over the Rift's headstrap, but I think the attached audio headset of the Rift is better. I have a lot of trouble putting the Rift on. The pulling while holding the HMD or putting the back part of the headstrap on first and then pulling the HMD over my face. I really like the Vive's deluxe headstrap tighten wheel more.
- The Vive has a brighter image. My Rift's image is too dark for my taste.

You already tried that? I do not find it painful to set up.

Men and women living in richer and mostly western countries have the luxury to choose the jobs they are attracted to even if that attraction is to some extent based on biological factors and not societal or economic factors.

It also covers why women in for example India and the Middle-East are more into computer science.

What fixed it for me:
- Changing jobs also getting a higher salary / more to say over other people.
- Challenging myself to just do the things I fear. Just walk through that section, just do it, overcome it. No need to talk. Just walk there, look out of the window if there is one there with your coffee in your hand. Relax.
- Not putting too much energy into talking to people if not needed. Better to talk less than too much.
- Socializing more outside of my job to become more certain of myself. No need to go to disco clubs or bars, even going to hackatons and meeting new people will help.
- Learn to represent myself better and being aware of my looks (ask friends or family to help).
- Not taking things too personally.
I am just lucky that people respect me because of my 20+ years of professional experience. The office is really like a battlefield sometimes and I learned not to take things personally.

I had the same experience. Being into computers used to be "uncool".
Tech becoming more accepted by the general people is a pretty recent thing.

This could discourage smaller companies from picking it up (ex. to build upon it, from which in the long run everyone will profit, see open-source) and make CRISPR-based treatments more expensive / unavailable (ex. large companies owning the patents artificially inflating the price, may be even more than the old technology it replaces).
If someone is pro-war, does that imply that the people that are part of the war are liking it?
What I wanted to say is that there are not just 2 sides:
pro-choice: agreeing with any form of abortion (note: I am not saying people want it)
pro-life: against any form of abortion
I think the term "pro-life" is being abused to put labels on people who are just against the points I mentioned. These people are not necessarily "anti-abortion".
