Describing a form of legal discrimination (in this case, affirmative action) as "racial discrimination" is not an argument. Or even an invitation to discussion.
There are major problems with policies like affirmative action. But smirking and saying "But... but you said racial discrimination is BAD! But then you DO THE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. So YOU BAD!" is so tiresome.
This is a fallacy. Companies will pay employees as little as possible. Why would they pay you more just because employee protections were removed?
If you make a metric into a goal, you have already made the metric worthless and are likely to fail to achieve your first goal.
There's legal and illegal discrimination.
Some forms of legal discrimination do amount to discrimination against White people.
When we say "Discrimination is wrong" we are almost always talking about illegal discrimination.
Just crying out that "But.... but you said discrimination is wrong!" really isn't the 'argument' you think it is.
States will do whatever states CAN do. Treaties mean nothing by themselves, especially in this context.
(side note: nearly all treaties are both formal and international by default)
None of those things obviate the need for a union.
You could build an entire esports machine, with monitor (and RGB!) for less than 1000USD. I have done it many times.
Whether you can use those images commercially is another matter entirely.
