Which is probably why they go on to do it again and again.
I'm sure I remember an addon that allowed you to give feedback on players, but it was quickly used to grief decent players.
If I'm working, I'll happily watch world cooking videos - before I was diagnosed with inattentive adhd I'd say that it was to keep the inner child happy and out of the way so the adult brain could do the work.
For example if someone emails me an issue saying "that invoice software you wrote has a slight miscalculation" instead of taking me ages to work up the ability to even start working on the issue never mind trying to calm my mind to go through the data logically - if i'm having a manic adhd day - I will get the person to pop along and we can go through the issue together, this helps my brain immensely.
Even at home now if I have something urgent to do, I'll get my mum or a friend to pop round and sit and chat with me while I do the work - whether it's the laundry, or laying turf in a garden.
Otherwise I'll procrastinate until it's (almost) too late yet feel guilty every second of the time I'm not doing what I need to do.
I had bose nc700s, I slept with loop quiets. I tried airpod pros, moving the furniture around but it seemed my bedroom was a bass resonator.
Moved to a semi detached house, it's so quiet.
The intermediate distance lenses are great and my headaches have vastly reduced - because they were specific for VDU, my work paid for a portion of them.
Then I met a gp who actually helped and mentioned indometacin and because that worked I was diagnosed with chronic parosysmal hemicrania.
PPIs didn't work, so I took ranitidine but eventually my stomach couldn't take the indometacin anymore and I had to stop it - the headaches returned.
Then I had an abcess in my jaw that almost killed me of sepsis and had to have two surgeries on my jaw and spent a month in the hospital on antibiotics. CPH didn't return.
Now I take a mild dose of propranolol daily and I rarely have headaches or migraines.
I stopped taking tirzepatide in September after losing 60lbs. Except for a blip at Christmas I am eating the same things and same amounts that I was during the weight loss with glp1 and I am steadily putting on weight, there is definitely something else going on and yet for the 20+ previous years where I've struggled to lose weight I've been told that I'm just not counting calories right.
As you said the first time I felt really full was on these drugs, and the lack of food noise - which is slowly returning but not as quickly as I thought - was wonderous.
But both could be true - a myelin sheath disorder along with hyperconnectivity could explain so many sensory issues and such singular processing.
