That said, my plan has a limit of 2GB a month (which is rather low; most people have around 7-10GB), so I can use a month of usage in less than three minutes.
There's at least one other option in the running, Arcan: https://arcan-fe.com/
In /etc/tor/torrc:
DNSPort 127.191.0.1:53
TransPort 9040
TransProxyType TPROXY
AutomapHostsOnResolve 1
Add iptables rules: iptables -t mangle -A PREROUTING -d 127.192.0.0/10 -j TPROXY --on-ip 127.0.0.1 --on-port 9040 -p tcp
iptables -t mangle -A PREROUTING -d 127.192.0.0/10 -j TPROXY --on-ip 127.0.0.1 --on-port 9040 -p udp
Make sure you start tor with relevant capabilities (I use systemd, so here is my override snippet): [Service]
AmbientCapabilities=CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE CAP_NET_ADMIN
Split horizon dns to send .onion lookups via the tor daemon. e.g. my dnsmasq config contains server=/onion/127.191.0.1
Note that some programs might need some coercing. e.g. firefox needs network.dns.blockDotOnion set to false in about:config (see https://twitter.com/mrphs/status/708548201800982528)As an alternative, could you just have it so if I mark an email as spam, any calendar events from it are deleted from my calendar?
I'm curious if anyone has a story about a particular writing application (could even be from the typewriter era and have a custom terrible keyboard!) that caused physical injury?
For your normal end user (at least what I think of as common: see how facebook messenger works, as well as slack, discord and even how many irc chat rooms have public logs), how is this MLS scheme useful?
Probably to general treasury; which the tax office is essentially free to withdraw from.
The setup is not non-tech-person approachable, but its generally been untouched aside from updates in this setup since 2013.
For non-tech people https://www.irccloud.com/ seems one of the best on offer.
Everyone likes to think they're better than average (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illusory_superiority#Driving_a...).
I would rather keep the worst drivers off the road than keep the best.
That's considered a bit of a bible for NT internals in security circles.
