As someone who lives and has to deal with the homeless situation in my neighborhood frequently - there has to be a better option than allowing rampant homeless camps infest every single park of ours.
The piles of used needles, trash, feces, rats and being verbally/physically harassed by them while paying a very high cost of living and taxes is a horrible experience.
As someone born and raised in Seattle - I’m leaving here.
