Commentary on close radius interactions. Very interesting wrt nuclear forces!
I haven't publicly stated this before now: Consciousness requires the ability to perceive PAIN.
All human learning is based upon the single kernel of pain (vs pleasure).
A newborn is hungry or cold and cried. It learned to cry. It learned to smile. Eventually, delayed gratification lead to less pain (more pleasure).
The rest is human history.
Inkscape lets me adjust kern of each letter because the curve can cause letters to touch.
Those are thousands of times more hospitable than outside earth.
Once few enough dishes are broken, we will find robots useful in our homes! :)
I've started with a solved cube, then turned 2 sides sharing an edge, alternatively (same direction) expecting the cube to get messed up but then returning to its solved state.
It never got solved! Maybe i didn't do it enough (i did it hundreds of times i think). Has anyone got an explanation?
FreeCAD is too complicated. Too many ways to accomplish the same task (nevermind only certain ways work too.)
So everything is simple and only 1 way to create gcode. No hidden menus. No hidden state.
I became obsessed with these and made a few videos!
Why are they there?
"Adding numbers. the green line are the weights.
At the top: the red circle indicates an incorrect answer. the green circle indicates a correct answer.
As the NN learns, the weights adjust and the green circle appears more often. "
For multilayer back propagation.
Skips all the obtuse subscript jargon which differs in every text out there!
Are your servers updating my uploaded consciousness in real time? Do you have funding for the next billion years to keep me online?!
That game was like Carwars pen and paper roleplaying.
That closest I've seen was Interstate76 from 1990s.
My inspiration was a fun game on 1980s intellivision!
That side view game had momentum and stalling airplane physics that aren't in any arcade game since that I've found.
Dogfights were hilarious because each player would risk stalling so they'd have more momentum to maneuver an attack.
Did you play that old game?
They make money on ads.
They don't want those 2016 era games occupying screen time because they don't serve up ads!
Have you tried playing a new game recently?! 1 minute of ads per minute of gameplay. I'm not exaggerating.
And the games are awful...you can't lose on half of them. They don't want you to get frustrated by losing and stop ad-watching.
RIP Android gaming.
I'll have to keep an eye out for a bit like that. I usually use my 30 cent eBay bits with blue tape to avoid the frizzies. But i didn't want to hide the workpiece with tape in the video.
Wood be good to not have frizzies in the demo videos!
But no hornworms or caterpillars this year. Very strange!
It is easy to select multiple holes/pockets at once so if you iterate, you don't spend time redoing CAM! It does traveling salesman to solve for efficient paths which even the expensive packages don't get right. Calculates v-bit paths too.
It was featured on Event Horizon (john Michael godier)?
I find it offputting if a mechanic doesn't want me watching him fix my car.
I want to be sure everything is done correctly!
If you want it done right do it yourself, or double check others are doing it properly!
