"We" have something like this with event based "model actions" which also support calling out to webservices (both rest and soap).
Shameless "competitor plug"; will remove if considered inappropriate: http://www.bettyblocks.com/en
edit: App/marketing is being translated as we speak; you guys will be able to figure things out right? ;-)
(offt: I don't really have any connection with the SV since I'm not US based and not working for a product company. So I have no clue about current state of Bizdev/M&(t)A there... Care to elaborate?)
I work for the company that builds this; and no... I'm NOWHERE getting nervous about "no code".
On the contrary :D
also: invites available for keybase; mail in bio.
If the inhabitant of the cockpit chooses to respond with a locking command (in the case of the A320, moving the door switch forward); the door will remain closed no matter how hard you try.

edit: added example
Living in the Netherlands I'm really excited about this and -honestly - a bit proud that at least our judicial branch has the guts to make a decision like this; even though they're forced/supported by EU-legislation.
IMO there's no point in forcing yourself into doing more work for subjects you really don't care about.
Luckily, here in Holland highschool grades don't really matter that much unless you're trying to get into med-school.
Also, consider using bigrams (i.e. word-pairs) to do sentiment matching which will make matching more precise.
Small firms mostly lack the wide scale of knowledge required to do said things.
For prices: I know a certain B4-firm asks around EUR 450 (USD 550?) for a single tax return. Extrapolate from there ;-)
I don't disagree with you - on the contrary - but just wanted to point out that fun might be a great motivator for chosing a language.
Same applies - imo - to programming languages. I use Ruby for most of my work since "it just gets the job done"; but I really love the moments I can work on one of my clojure projects.
Clojure is my favorite hammer at this moment, that might change to F#, Haskell, Go, <new language> anytime.
Thinking of the PageRank algorithm as a eigenvalue problem was one of the few 'things' that were a real eye opener for me and allowed me to actually connect maths and computer science for these practical purposes.
Perhaps include a link to a good reference on reading metars/tafs?
