There isn't an exit when accessing an onion address - the identity of the client-chosen part of the circuit would be unknown to the hidden service operator.
besselheim··on Bash on Windows: a hidden Bitcoin goldmine?
There appears to be no option that will make these processes appear, even if you run the Task Manager as an administrator. It shows all the other processes on the system, just not the ones running in the Linux subsystem.
besselheim··on Bash on Windows: a hidden Bitcoin goldmine?
It correctly displays those processes, as does the tasklist.exe command line tool, and taskmgr.exe from earlier versions of Windows. Looks like this is just a bug in the Windows 10 Task Manager.

Pluggable transports are intended to stop your local ISP detecting or blocking your connection to Tor: https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/tree/pt-spec.txt

While I agree that you can mask your exit from the Tor network via an additional proxy or VPN, that's not the role of pluggable transports. They're only for connecting in to the Tor network, not out from it.

It's more a rough aptitude test for creative problem-solving and persistence than anything else. Of course you need the strong technical background as well. But enjoying these sort of puzzles can be an indicator of sorts. I also work in cybersecurity, and most of my colleagues and I get a kick out of these sort of challenges.
besselheim··on The mobile games industry is kept afloat by less than 1% of users
It's rather sad really, taking advantage of some people's propensity to addiction, exploiting it for financial gain. Somewhat the digital equivalent of rigged casinos or drug pushers.

That sounds unlikely. We don't yet know the structure of the human brain in full detail, nor know everything about how it grows and develops, so how can you possibly replicate it?
