I think Phoenix contexts are plenty and I’m not sure adding more layers of abstraction is a great idea.
This was my first project using Elixir/Phoenix and it’s been really fantastic, I couldn’t recommend it enough for being very productive and it’s fairly performant to boot.
The mobile app was built using Flutter (again my first project with Flutter), and it has honestly been great. I come from a Java background and Dart is extremely similar so it took no time at all to get acclimated.
It’d be a replacement for my Citi Double Cash, but even then the only real difference would be daily rewards vs monthly.
Personally I'm a fan of a mix of physical sticky notes and Trello, but I'm always open to new ideas. I could see this being more of a hassle than I'd like, but I could be wrong.
You can store files/backups/whatever encrypted with support for many popular endpoints (local filesystem, S3, Backblaze B2).

Keeping an (almost) daily journal of stuff that hangs me up has helped me immensely. You know the type of problems that take 12 hours of debugging just to find out it's something trivial? Write that down, it's sure to come up in the future and our memory isn't great at all.
