True but the biggest problem I experience is the supply for good talent. In some cities it is hard to find good programmers. Not every city is desired to be lived in so it has to be a balance.

I think your missing the point. The text is going to be encrypted in and then decrypted in the external JS. The append style parameters are just to show that nothing is in the html/js besides that.

no you cant. Take a look. Its not HTML. the email appears no where in the HTML,JS, or CSS. Its a hack that dynamically changes the pseudo selectors and combining the before and after to make a complete word.

Yeah this was built off bootsnipp idea. On bootsnipp you can't upload your own code.

The problem is that when you "hack" or work on side projects you dont associate it with money or as a real job. You have to make sure that you realize that your time is valuable, opportunity cost. Every project that you work on you must make sure to work as efficiently as possible.

Before every app I build. I do a few things:

1. Quick wire frame - so i dont go off on a tangent 2. Amount of time I think it will take me to finish (be strict) 3. What happens if I fail.

Stick to these rules and you'll get things done faster and a more organized manner.

This is a tough sell to young entrepreneurs. Its hard for them to understand that buy giving away some portion now will make their equity more valuable when they are able to scale to mass market.

I think it needs more functionality. The problem with competing with Craigslist is that everyone is on Craigslist. When I need to sell something (even thought I despise craigslist) I still go there because I know ill get a response. Find a way to appeal to the people who despise craigslist.
