I think it simply got easier over the years, as the various implementations overcame problems
sometimes you need to be able to run containers within your action, which can get complicated if you're already in a container
I imagine it would also be an interesting way to recover/continue on from a panic/segfault
How does that work for equity? It must be difficult for them to explain this to new people, as where is the exit-condition for liquidity
Their navy can defend the shipping routes rather than waiting for someone else to step up
Is there expectations/comparisons for how capable these NPUs will be?

Perhaps they could also put a gas/diesel generator on the trailer, and use that to charge the car when not driving
