Most apps are almost useless without an internet connection as well. Maybe if youre a content heavy site, it would be useful offline too but in that case, using static HtML is enough

Have you considered getting a job in cybersecurity and getting exposed to a few problems that companies face? You mention you dont want to do a services company, but that might be a good way to learn about common unsolved problems they have too.

People cant do that because of cost. If every single query involved taking everything even remotely related to the query, and passing it to OpenAI, it would get expensive very very fast.
