TBH, it doesn't matter too much what their intent is because they can't make a cheap car. Battery prices have not dropped fast enough.

Given that the Cybertruck is a laughing stock and growth/profits from China are in bad shape, they may actually be doing the right thing if the only goal is to stay in business for one more quarter.
I'm automatically skeptical when this came from the author of one of the dumbest tweets I've ever read.
I guess they're would be diesel generators for that in reality. We need an engineer to calculate the flow needed because given how far away the far end is from the water that could end up behind one huge generator, not to mention the size of the pipes.
It's worth mentioning that they don't seem to be burying any massive water pipes so this isn't likely to be done in reality.
It's a time tested strategy. The main problem is SA is doing it in the most useless and bloody way possible.
My rebuttal is "moral hazard." Why should Boeing bother making planes that stay in the air if they can always count on a slap on the wrist and, in the worst case, a bailout.
You could argue that if the Russian state failed then a group of nations could literally just buy their nukes from whatever gangsters ever up in charge.
Monetization of AI hasn't even really started yet so I could be tragically wrong. It'll be an interesting ride no matter what.

So yea, it looks like it would normally be a disqualifier. I'd imagine it's for the same reason that not being a part of a union means you can't be leader of the union.
Or why Boeing should probably have had a signification number of engineers at the top levels over the last decades.
EDIT: There's a peculiar meme that I first noticed in the early 2010s that it's actually good to not know anything about what you're doing because you can "innovate" and "disrupt" better. I remember first hearing it explicitly stated by the founder of B.S. startup uBeam. Wonder how that's turning out...
Qanon was purely a creation of the internet. Now go take a look at how many people believe one, many or all of the various Qanon alternative facts.
You might want to catch up on the last few decades of UK history. To say it's unraveling would be generous. The once mighty British navy can hardly even build working ships anymore.

AFAIK you still need to do everything else in yaml tho.
Begin quote:
Even the second atomic bomb had not dissuaded them from continuing the war. But when reports from the Kwantung Army began to arrive, reporting significant Soviet penetration in Manchuria and the situation as “obscure,” objections to surrender were far less convincing.
The Soviets’ Manchurian Campaign, August Storm, destroyed the last vestige of Japanese military power outside Japan, and put the final nail in the coffin of those Japanese militarists who, even after suffering two atomic attacks, intended to continue the war to the death.
