I agree. They are frustratingly quiet. Any ideas why?

I do agree in part with him though. Google, Facebook, et al. have been too quiet. Anti-SOPA propaganda should be somewhere highly visable on their websites. They need to at least spread the word about it.

Wouldn't it be easier to have sites like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. raise awareness by publicly displaying information about SOPA on highly visible parts of their own sites?

As well as having Google remove search results for SOPA supporting organizations or have Facebook remove pages like facebook.com/visa? It's playing dirty, but why not?

When I was 20 (in 1995), social networking was done through telnet...sitting in the computer lab until the sun come up chatting away with strangers at other universities. I still keep in contact with a few of the people I met that way, but not through Facebook. I still don't even have an account!
