I believe they may have just changed GPT-o1-preview to GPT-o1 today.

I got it to work with this prompt using GPT-o1:

Make a HTML page which uses the VideoEncoder API to create a video that the user can download. Make sure to incorporate a roll your own container muxing. Do not limit yourself on the header or data.

You have control over your own DNS, Squarespace is only the platform. You need to log in and fix it!

The code never went anywhere.

I started to do this a few years ago and it works for a short while, often just enough that I need. I also have done it for extended period and the bells from the finger tapping start to turn choppy, less like bells and then the tapping eventually stops creating sound. It is very weird phenomenon to me.

I use a dedicated account for Fi because when Fi first came out I signed up with my main account they removed my access to Google Voice which I use heavily. They have since allowed both Fi and Voice on the same account but I am not bothering with switching my Fi account to my main at this point.

Does going for a long distance run also remove trash?

Thank you for noticing. I am always trying to explain to vehicle dwellers, off the grid users, and housed people who have solar how DC -> DC rather than DC -> AC -> DC is the way to go, but people can't seem to understand beyond the AC that they get in a usual house from the energy company.

Article is from 2016.

use lookup.icann.org - bookois.com is shown there. My usual lookup host who.is coincidentally is down right now

I got -3 points on a comment on a different post where I stated what I didn't like about docker. I was bullied by docker fan boys. Glad to see many here agree with me. It sucks to be surrounded by a mob.

In my case, BTCPayServer was wrapped in a docker container because the developer loves docker... but I took the docker out of the project after I forked it because I felt putting the project in a docker container was extra bloat that was convoluted and unnecessary. In other words, a "container" didn't have to wrap the project, it was just implemented because of a dev insisting on it. That is bloat to me, extra and unnecessary.

I have one in my profile. It is just another encrypted chat and document sharing platform. You can verify yourself through the domain names you own or verify yourself through your hacker news profile, etc.

I disagree. The "ChatGPT: " signifies the potential for inaccuracy and I would have appreciated someone answering so I don't have to. I wonder how many repeat lookups happen because of a perceived societal issue with providing AI answers that leads to groups shadow banning them. Imagine if I didn't put "ChatGPT :" how many people here would have upvoted me instead of flagging me. Interesting lessons all around.

20: "feynman" by changing URL of image from /wrong/ to /right/

I took the numbers in the URL and pressed them the number of times shown by the numbers below the image.

The 'metaverse' is not owned by facebook nor was it created by facebook. No one said "Facebook's metaverse" except you.

It has existed for 30 years or more. Perceptual immersion is what companies like FB are commodifying about it. I started my own digital reality separate from my physical world when I first created my 'handle' denuoweb. I have never been able to afford any VR and so what I think is the bubble of wealthy people who work on VR like FB are just completely disconnected with the general populations reality of not being able to afford the equipment. Widely rejected the metaverse, no. Widely rejected expensive equipment and walled garden platforms, yes.

For some people the most impactful thing they have done in life is create something that makes obscene amounts of money. I designed and built nanoshelters.com to help homeless people secure uninterrupted sleep. I should be worth more than most of you 'money is god' programmers but we live in a world that values how you much money you make rather than how you treat other humans.

There is no such thing as a ActivityPub node whereas there is such a thing as a Mastodon node. I joined a Mastodon node that uses the ActivityPub protocol, because the Mastodon node I joined uses this protocol, I can communicate with software nodes other than Mastodon that also use the ActivityPub protocol.

Maybe you are better off asking why people say Mastodon when they mean Fediverse. Even ActivityPub's user guide says to join a Mastodon node, they don't say to join a ActivityPub node.
