I come from a school where courses are few but practices are many, you have to be active in your learning to keep youself from forgetting. With practice your courses become mechanical applications and can't be forgotten, just like riding a bike.

You shouldn't go in subsaharan africa. People are poorer, cities are falling appart and the only web connections you will get are cybercafes which is really slow and cafes make you use their own computer (unless you want to be a prey of thieves)

As I said, in my country you have social plans and associations helping every kind of person, helping them so much that the beggar down the street actually has a better salary than me for being a beggar, that an immigrant with his 4 kids not working wins 4 times my salary and so on. What tells you it is a human in the first place ? It is a fictionnal world, it could be a monogender race, you don't know that. I don't recall Bioware making 'male' asaris in Mass Effect where they are clearly unambiguously female. Why forcing anthropocentrism in fictionnal worlds where lore and characters may be secondary or where you don't need to associate with its characters ?

I think this is a good thing. Giving 'lethal injection' feels like we are treating a patient where the person is not a patient, he is a criminal and a traitor to his people.

I did it a lot as a child but everytime I forced too much to generate things or whatever, I would wake up, ruining my sleep. It was also a good way to remember some things I could not remember awake. Nowadays I can't sleep much so I stopped.

In my country the only acceptable beggar would be a 18 years old who lost his both parents who were in debt, all of them having only the nationality of my country. I saw one guy in this situation... hell of a situation. Every other beggar are just lazy parasites who prefer to live thanks to charity than work.

I don't see this technology becoming dominant while oil is still used. However it is great to see manufacturers anticipate the oil shortage.

My brother knew a guy back in highschool who was of the genius kind. After graduating he went to become a pilot in command and succeeded being one of the best as the genius he was. He had a dream job and a dream pay yet he didn't like it so he searched for what he really wanted to do, deep down. He afterwards left his job and went to Scotland to herd sheeps. Never heard of him since, probably because he loves it and never came back.

You should do what you love, not what people want you to love.
