The code for this needs major cleanup. "var $ = document; // shortcut" may kill jQuery and break your site. This also declares the following global namespaces variables: cssId, head, and link.

The code is hosted on an untrusted amazon instance, so requires a bit of work to crawl the links and copy paste the source for self-hosting and security needs. Cool idea though. Put this on Github if you want code fixes.

Micro formats are underrated and simple to achieve: http://microformats.org/wiki/Main_Page

I don't understand.. Why wouldn't they spend the few minutes needed to just make this public?

Moments of beauty, as I see them.

I -always- end up having to google for that damn -zxvf string. Now that I don't need it, I remember it. Go figure.

The first two paragraphs seemed to be directed towards the layman, and then the author takes a tangent with: "For example, the block chain (distributed transaction history) is designed to be extremely hard to forge and very easy to verify." You lost me completely.

The presentation could use some work. The background on the demo site hurts my eyes. The demo site doesn't provide a demo. How is this better, if it is better, than any templating library? (Handlebars, mustache, etc)

I'd love to see more of this. Very impressive work.
