NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
The church of rational cosmology is pushing "weird black holes" like idiots at the wheel of science, but I'm the one who has it lost? What is your reward for that deep space belief? Alien scifi, multiverse cartoon physics, dubious lunar landings, pretend martian colonization, NASA gimmick pics. Heat death and the big bangerino. I've gone and changed my own mind, please let me back into the cult.

tl;dr Mysticism around the science has to be dispelled before people will even consider another cosmology. That's detective work, not scientific modeling. Science is ideological at the point.

THANK YOU.

Destroying modern cosmology is constructive! They can't lose their cosmology, because hundreds of years will come due if that happens. Because theirs spins whole fake world, but it really provides no meaning, only fantasies (aliens, black holes, worm holes, weird mathematical phenomena played out in the model).

The modern scientific and academic system is hundreds of thousands of people who are not there to challenge knowledge, but play with models for tax dollars. I'd rather destroy their models and send them home than prove my own, for they would only appropriate mine into their models, and continue their deception with more power for knowing the truth.

I could tell you the truth, and we could work to validate it, but you won't believe me without what, science based on measuring the sky? Yet you buy their science which I can invalidate, and you can't validate beyond pointing to "what scientists believe". So that tells me, there's no point in making a better model right now. One good shot will kill their cosmology, and then the bottom will be out and we can put the cosmos back, together.

You can wait and see tho, stay believing we will go to Mars, you will die with that dream unrealized. Were you born yesterday you will die before humans go to mars. Unless you think Mars is WAR, like people did before rulers changed the meaning of things. In that case, we are definitely going to Mars.

Galileo was the point when the narrative changes from "we matter to god as the center of the universe", to this heat death nihilism. Why, because telescopes? I don't buy it. They could have smote Galileo and kept the old doctrine intact. I suspect something bigger...

Right, if you and I had posted enough chum for updoots by the general public, who are all geniuses, you and I would have scored enough points for a downvote button. News Leaderboard Meritocracy, that's how truly great science works!

As long as the public believes! That's the way science should work. No, that's how marxism works, sorry I was confused there...

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
Moderation is marxist, that's it. At least this forum doesn't delete content like the platforms. Talk about burning libraries!

You have to read this whole thread now. Infinity is the main problem, Math wise. The standard model is not only incomplete science, it is totally mucked math. Infinity isn't real, but is being used as such in the model, so that's regress/tautology.

I already told another marxist i'm not arguing for not-knowing, I'm arguing against believing dogma, I'm invalidating your science first, then we can get to mine. You are arguing for your beliefs in the face of invalidation, so you come up with arguments claiming i don't think we can know anything. I didn't say that.

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
Then scientists plugged infinity into the model, which is not "a range of input values", and what popped out? Black holes, big bangs, heat death, an endlessly expanding universe.

Without infinity, cosmology as you believe it is cooked. Infinity is just a way of pretending it's not a closed system. Anything is possible in an infinitely open system.

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
See my other comments, but measuring light does not prove anything. Light can be refracted in ways unknown to your model, which would bring distant objects closer, invalidate singularities (big bang, heat death). Another model turns those pictures into smudges on a lens instead of unfathomably distant objects, some of which also completely break your model!!

Staying WITHIN THE MODEL for all validation is precisely how you come these silly conclusion about the universe (big bang, heat death).

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
You'd never know, that's how they operate. I can't even downvote, so whoever can is on another level. A level that guarantees they know more than me. Cuz marxist always know better, that's their whole philosophy wrapped up.
NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
No, I'm using the science holography, which is realer than your galactic parallax. Even your own science can't hide all truth, look at "black holes" what's on the surface precisely before the model breaks apart and gets all woo woo? A hologram, that's what.

You believe in singularities, but want to accuse me of going bible? Please! Your black holes, heat death, and big bang are all singularities of MATH EQUATIONS, with zero evidence of being real!

Edit, in fact all those singularities are gone if you take infinity out of the equation. Infinity is also not real. Can you prove infinity is real?

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
You can't prove those measurements are not refraction of light on a surface. The wavelength of light changes when it passes through anything.

In other words, even background radiation and redshift are not provable as NOT being caused by, for instance, the surface of a bubble refracting light in a closed system. That would also explain why there is light going in every direction, aka "everything is moving away from each other" heat death religion.

That's not science, but guesswork built on basic assumptions that are not provable, it's all measurements in a void. If the universe was proven to be a closed system, all that science and your whole cosmology goes in the bin.

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
Fast forward 500 years and no return to the moon. Do you still believe?

Wait until Elon's starships are used for World War and never go to that mirage called Mars!

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
It's not about conspiracy. Christianity isn't a conspiracy. It's about belief, dogma, and for folks of a certain nature, REAL SCIENCE.

NASA is just a church pushing doctrine. I'm challenging their dogma. If it had been the Vatican or Putin, my argument would be the same.

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
What's the opposite of uneducated guesswork? Indoctrination. Pretty easy to get there once you build models and everybody stays learning within the model. But models aren't real, and never will be.

The quantum never becomes real, it's a toy car, a model that works on small things correctly. Believing it also gets the big things correct is a truly a stretch, and just plain dumb.

Nothing about these cosmos is verifiable, it's all extrapolations and interpolations, in other words rationalization for the unprovable.

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
A close object with nothing behind it also has an absence of parallax. So those pics could be holograms on the surface of a bubble.

Also, if that astral body is a gazillion miles away, how are you going to get two perspectives on it to see if there is parallax or not? Even if you do that, you can't prove it's not a hologram.

NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
The pictures are the end of the road for billions in R&D, to say nothing of the academic costs studying unverifiable cosmology. Tasked with?? Is that all it's for, pictures that add zero new information? NASA might as well be the Vatican making smoke signals behind closed doors, and then revealing new doctrine as a result.
NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
A hologram can show parallax, so can an iPhone screen. What have you proved?
NHQ··on Hubble telescope peeks through 'cosmic keyhole' in photo
Is nobody else suspicious that NASA mostly publishes pictures with vague claims about them? Increased resolution is not providing any new clues or inspiration about "the universe". It seems to me like propaganda for a nihilist cosmology.

Considering that the Big Old Bang and Heat Death are based off plugging Infinity into quantum models, and therefor not real, these new images may not even be of objects lightyears away (also a model). They can't prove they are not zooming on something closer.

Remote: Not a requirement, yes, no, true, false

Willing to relocate: Yes

Technologies: Polyglot, web and mobile, full stack apps, end to end systems, I can build anything. Github full of open source code, original research, designs, and complete apps; I'm a prime-time experienced generalist, rapid prototyper, A+ debugger, closet UI specialist, mean data scientist; vim-like, linux, bare metal

Résumé/CV: If you know what you want, I am your hacker; preference for a quick and easy hiring process. I've been independent, now looking for long term employment.

Email: cyberwizard at the dot com of folkstack

NHQ··on Ask HN: Why can't we comment on “X is Hiring” posts?
You could have your companies report hiring results every month. My accusation is based on years of evidence (reading job post) and anecdote (applying, never hired). A lot of the time companies don't even respond.

I'm perfectly willing to suspect the HR cabal, but if I'm a CEO missing 20+ engineering roles month after month, I'd get a new HR and process. Are your CEOs complaining they can't fill all these open jobs?

NHQ··on Ask HN: Why can't we comment on “X is Hiring” posts?
Most of the companies are not actually hiring, they post the same job month after month, it's all optics.
