While technically true, anyone creating an ID using someone else's email would be unable to verify the account making it unusable. All someone would have to do is go through http://iforgot.apple.com to reset the password for the ID setup under their email. From there the account would be under control of the email owner.

As long as your are still under warranty you should be good. Usually you will be asked to do some troubleshooting first over the phone and if needed can then be setup for service. You can go to http://getsupport.apple.com or just call 1-800-MY-APPLE to contact AppleCare.

Option + Shift and click on bluetooth icon. Debug menu can be helpful.

Even with the upgraded processor I have no problems with heat while playing 3D games on battery power.

Quite the loud complainer... This can be setup rather easily. After setting up an iCloud alias email you can go into Settings > iCloud > Mail (At the bottom under advanced) then change the email for the iCloud account to the alias. You can then just disable the other email address.

Now you do not need to select the alias email every time you send and email it will default to the new alias you have selected.
