This command would start it on port 8000, but you could change to any other port you want, assuming it is free.
$ docker run -d -p :8000 kencochrane/django-docker
I'm also pretty sure that when your host is restarted the container will start back up when docker does, if the container was running before the host was restarted.
This is basically just expanding our current abilities to include areas where we didn't have great support before.
The goal is to have Docker running on all linux platforms, so that everyone can use it regardless of their distro choice.
Here are some slides showing how eBay does this today with Docker. https://speakerdeck.com/teddziuba/docker-at-ebay there is also a video available of the talk he gave explaining it at one of the docker hack days. I don't have the link handy, but I'm sure you could find it.
It is on github, and pull requests are welcome. It is currently written for Docker 0.5. I will keep it up to date, and when we hit 1.0 I'll look at getting some hard copies made, if there is a demand.
I still need to pick a license, not sure what is best for a book, open to suggestions.

Basically the steps required by someone in order to get it up and running on Chunkhost. Best to start from beginning (creating a new server) and go from there.
The docs are located here: https://github.com/dotcloud/docker/tree/master/docs/sources/... if you have any questions, feel free to submit the PR with your questions, or jump on the IRC channel #docker on freenode.
I'm now trying to get Docker running on the raspberryPi, if you want to help, checkout my notes here: http://kencochrane.net/blog/2013/05/running-docker-on-a-rasp...
I wrote down my notes on how to get Docker running on Digital Ocean, if anyone wants to play with it. There is even a promo code for a $10 credit for new signups.

I had a couple of issues when I first tried using them, but I was able to get help pretty quickly on a Saturday morning no less. I haven't used them for anything production quality yet, I have most of that stuff on EC2 and Rackspace right now, but I hope to start moving some smaller projects to DO as they come up.
Someone else mentioned this already as well, but the SSD is so nice compared to EC2's EBS, so if you are doing anything with lots of I/O then it is a must have.

Feel free to add to the list if you know of some I forgot.
I'm also planning on writing my own Docker for dummies tutorial that goes from beginning to end explaining how to use each part along the way. Now I just need to find some time to put it all together.
Also, if you can let us know what you were doing when the command didn't work the same way every time? Have you filed any issues for those yet? If not, can you, or tell me here and I can do it for you. If we don't know about your issues, it is hard for us to fix them.
Thanks
If there are any hosting providers that you would like to see directions on how to get Docker up and running, please submit an issue, and we will do our best to add it to the docs. I'm working my way down a list, picking the most popular ones first. If I have a lot of requests for a particular host, I'll do that one next.

You just need to know what the limitations are, and make sure you build your system around LXC so that you are protected.

"... We’ll continue to support our customers in AWS until we’ve solutions that offer faster reliable Redis without the zone latency."
Docker isn't tied to aufs, if unionfs or any other union file system comes along and is better, we are more then happy to switch to it.
The docker registry is a community server where anyone can add their own images, they just need to login first (docker login), and then push/pull their images they want to share.
nothing is stopping you, so go ahead and try it today.
