I had no idea. I just had a feeling that my reviewer wasn't willing to reconsider. I took care of the minor issues he suggested but he still declined it wholesale.

By "scammy", what exactly do you mean? I don't quite understand what, in the design or explanation of the service, comes off as "scammy".

Elegant design is definitely one of the main selling points. Perhaps I need to communicate that better in the copy.

You absolutely can make a PDF from HTML or however else but what this is, more than anything, is a design service. We take the content, design it, and give it back to you as an eBook. You can actually take that PDF and have it printed on print-on-demand services like MagCloud.

You can elect to hide any/all your contact info from the theme options page. You can get to it by clicking the big colorful button at the bottom of the admin sidebar. You may also delete your account under options.
