Idea could be summed up as "Quora for support with CRM integration".

Also we joked that if a company want to make a user happy we can setup an engine that will send emails randomly from around 100 different templates assuring user that people are working on his case ;)
I'm looking forward to see some comments from people that are more into this topic!

BTW - don't get me wrong. I'm not suggesting they have a bad product. I'm really curious how they can make payment processing developer focused!
Second thing - free software - you have no control of the app when it's run by the service provider. Again - reality is that most of the people can not read code and sourcode or even executable binary is almost equal to 90% of the population. Biggest advantage of SaaS is that it can provide value that normal "behind the firewall" software can not match. What kind of value? I.e. cost reduction (thanks to consolidation effect). This leads us to the democratization of access to the computing power/software power - and it's, after all, what Stallman is all about, right?
Having said that - I'm using Chrome 6 on my Mac - it _feels_ faster then Safari 5.
- should be cheap but if you have kids you know that people can spend a lot of money on toys.
- Should look "tough to break" - must be pretty robust when kid drops it shouldn't break easily.
- Should have text 2 speech built in for all the navigation
- initial set of apps must bring educational value (ABCs, initial math, games that you must count to win etc.).
