JWLong··on Should employers be blind to private beliefs? (Richard Dawkins)
Which is exactly why one shouldn't be barred from employment based on personal beliefs... It is Dawkins who makes the comparison between religion and disease or disorders, no?

That's a very good question. If you haven't done so already, may I suggest reading the book Kicking the Sacred Cow by James Hogan. He deals with this question all throughout his book.

He shouldn't have to learn something new. It's bad for business to tell potential users "You're just going to have to get used to our system".

Customers want a new tool/app/service to solve problems, not create new ones.

JWLong··on 200 students cheat on senior midterm exam, many blame professor
I've had far too many high-school teachers allow students to study copies of tests. The teachers are so worried about grades that they're willing to sacrifice integrity (?) to inflate them. As I understand it, this is something of a nationwide issue.

When these students get to college, why should we expect them to expect any differently?

This argumentation is assuming that the students really did cheat, but I suspect that there is not yet enough conclusive evidence available to make that call.
