That's ridiculous. I could say "Wrong: use machine code." and go on to reach "Wrong: use wire and soldering iron." and go on and on even more.
My experience with DDG has been very similar to the one cited by aw3c2: I used it as my primary search engine for a couple of months, and eventually found myself always using !g, so I switched back to google.

Also the third question, the one you quote, is actually a yes/no question that would be pointless to answer. So, assuming that's not the real question... what is? I believe it IS difficult to tell what is being asked here.

That case should not even happen in the first place.
