Before I do that, can you please tell me how you will react if I give you evidence that any of the major vaccines are not safe? Like I give you hard undeniable evidence, what will your reaction look like? Will you apologize to every single person that you "attacked for spreading misinformation"? Will you change your stance and from now on at least say "there are downsides to the vaccines"? Will you go back to your old comments and amend them saying "vaccines are actually not save"? Just be honest and precise what exactly changes if I give you evidence that the vacciens are not safe and which of the claims should be removed from social media for misinformation - "The vaccines are save" or "The vaccines are not safe" one of those is misinformation that can literally kill people, which one will you seek to be removed if I would be able to provide evidence that vaccines are not safe?

I'd say the side that says you're siding with the enemy if you disagree with them is the problem. "You're either with us or with the terrorists" "You're either for lockdowns or for the virus"

How is this "history repeating itself"? A few people objected during the Spanish flu so if we have even a single person that objects nowadays it's "history repeating itself"? What if we discriminate against a minority based on their belief (e.g. refusing a medical intervention) and don't allow them to live a normal life. Is that also history repeating itself? I can think of a few instances in history where groups were prosecuted for their convictions. Are we currently repeating that part of history?

Why are you people even picking these fights. Are you SERIOUSLY doubting that the past year of isolation and reduced interaction and reduced opportunities for training immune systems will have an impact on infants? Like, is this your actual position?

Lockdowns are a jump into the unknown. They have never been done in the history of humanity before. Not just cities, not just nations, but entire civilizations locking down has never been done before. The risk groups were already well known by then end of March 2020. People at the end of their life with an average of 2.7 comorbidities.

Please make no mistake, lockdowns will go down in history as the biggest mistake of the modern human history. The only reason why we're still arguing in here is because it's damn near impossible to admit one made the biggest mistake in modern human history.

Comparing a virus that has an average age of death at or even above life expectancy with a suicide shows how weak your point actually is. Let's turn it around shall we? We can reduce the amount of deaths from car accidents by 1000 fold if we limit the speed of all vehicles to 10mph. Should we do it or not? Ask yourself if you would be willing to kill yourself and 999 close members of your family if you knew it would make your taxi driver be able to drive a little faster.

If the virus was as deadly as people pretended it was we wouldn't NEED lockdowns or any government measures at all. People would stay at home by themselves. Instead I see people going shopping 3 times a week.

People are simply unwilling to admit they were wrong and bought into an unwarranted hysteria. The sooner they admit this the sooner this farce can end. The flu is more dangerous to most people in here, so let's react proportionally to what we did for the flu every year

Can we stop calling everything an "fallacy" when you're just trying to say he's wrong? That aside what you're saying doesn't address the issue at all. You have a clear relation between two groups and an outcome and those relations clearly show that it was a bad choice to pretend we can lockdown until a miracle cure happens.

Let's put it this way, did you expect the outcome to be what it currently is? We have MORE deaths with Covid than we had at the same time last year. Is that what you would have predicted when the great results of the trials were published?

So why not have the negative test to add an extra layer of precaution? You're just saying that this bar of risk is acceptable for you but the other one isn't, which is arbitrarily chosen.

As far as I can tell Fauci has never provided any evidence for this claim. At this point you're simply picking the lie you want to hear. If you can show me emails where the "health experts" unanimously agree it's necessary to keep masks away from the general public I'll gladly change my view on this but as of now it's just another lie from a discredited liar.

Some of the comments here are eye opening how effective the government propaganda has been on this issue. Rand Paul is not the person in here that is being "intentionally distracting". The science^1 has turned into a pathos that can literally do a 180 in a week because of "new evidence" and people will blindly accept it, even encourage this because "they are willing to change their opinion based on new evidence".
