DoesntMatter22··on Africans Are Turning to Starlink
No short cuts but it’s an amazing service that’s benefiting millions of people already and will likely start to benefit millions more in africa
DoesntMatter22··on CursorBench 3.1
So like every other ai then. I love ai but this is no different than what most have done
DoesntMatter22··on Reid Hoffman says SpaceX 'not an AI company', xAI 'complete train wreck'
Musk is winning on all fronts if you hadn’t noticed. Tesla is profitable with 40 billion in cash. Space x just had the biggest IPO of all time and just raised another 25 billion in debt financing.

Getting 15 billion a year in payments for their cluster is hardly “another rent a gpu” operation. It seems mostly your post is motivated by hatred rather than any sort of reality

DoesntMatter22··on SpaceX sheds $400B in market value as debut rally hits reverse
Spacex just had the biggest IPO is the history of the world. Nearly 3x larger than the next closest one. So any view toward Elon hasn’t mattered much.

Tesla itself still has the best selling car so I don’t think their potential was hurt much. People who hated him irrationally before hate him irrationally now

DoesntMatter22··on Reid Hoffman says SpaceX 'not an AI company', xAI 'complete train wreck'
XAI is very relevant. They have one of the best video models, they own cursor which has a good percent of the coding market. Anthropic runs thier ai on xai’s data centers.

Saying they aren’t relevant is comical

I don't get the complaint about Tesla. It's profitable, has little debt and 40 billion in the bank. What sort of "Power over the behavior of the market" do they exert? Like they can force people to buy their cars.

Space X has the most sophisticated vehicle ever created by man. Dicks does not. If you are only looking at revenue then sure, but that would be silly, you have to look at what the potential in a company is not it's current revenue, if not then looking at Blockbuster in 2008 would seem like a great investment compared to Netflix which didn't have much revenue.

DoesntMatter22··on SpaceX sheds $400B in market value as debut rally hits reverse
It signals to me that they like money and people are willing to give it to them at unprecedented levels, and probably still have plenty of capacity for themselves afterwards. Why would you not accept billions of dollars per month?
DoesntMatter22··on Leaked OpenAI financials show $38.5B loss and compute burn
Musk best move IMO was going public before anyone else and gobbling up those 85 billion. I'm sure anthropic will do the same, leaving OpenAI maybe holding the bag. We'll see.
DoesntMatter22··on Elixir v1.20: Now a gradually typed language
I tried doing my side projects in Go and one thing I miss is the rails console which is so helpful. I guess I could have it write a go console or something but it’s not quite the same
DoesntMatter22··on Elixir v1.20: Now a gradually typed language
They don’t really need to be though. They take far fewer tokens and are still faster to develop with
DoesntMatter22··on Elixir v1.20: Now a gradually typed language
Rails is still fantastic and handles massive load. 15 percent of all US commerce uses Ruby on Rails
DoesntMatter22··on Tesla Solar Roof is on life support as it pivot to panels
Your information seems to be wrong. It looks like Tesla still has the best selling EV in Europe. Not sure where you are getting the idea it’s not in the top 5

DoesntMatter22··on X accounts are limited to 50 posts and 200 replies a day unless they pay
Would be a lot even for a news org TBH
DoesntMatter22··on Elon Musk has lost his lawsuit against Sam Altman and OpenAI
To build more cool stuff. Would be great if he did neurolink for cancer
DoesntMatter22··on Elon Musk has lost his lawsuit against Sam Altman and OpenAI
Musk should have just made another company and then he’d have another 500 billion but he had that mistake and now it’s over. Then again we’ll see how well open ai does over the long term
DoesntMatter22··on Restore full BambuNetwork support for Bambu Lab printers
Australia is a small enough market to not matter much
DoesntMatter22··on For first time since World War II, US national debt now larger than its economy
Close to 70 percent
DoesntMatter22··on For first time since World War II, US national debt now larger than its economy
Taxes would have to go up so dramatically that people would completely be protesting in the streets and rioting. Governments always just print more money instead. Which is why we are at the spot we are at.
DoesntMatter22··on For first time since World War II, US national debt now larger than its economy
Hegemony is large irrelevant as much of Europe is facing the exact same issue, some of it much worse than the US
DoesntMatter22··on For first time since World War II, US national debt now larger than its economy
We are spending 3 trillion extra dollars than we take in taxes per year. That means taxes would go up by 75 percent. Even then it doesn’t matter because we will spend even more. Everyone agrees to spend, no one agrees to cut
DoesntMatter22··on For first time since World War II, US national debt now larger than its economy
The only problem that exists is spending too much money. They could fix this overnight if people were willing to give up public entitlements and healthcare support. But they aren’t willing to so the US will eventually see hyper inflation or less likely bankruptcy
DoesntMatter22··on Tesla basically cooked the books to show one last quarter of positive cash flow
I'm showing that in reality the media is generally lying about Musk, in a bad way, nearly all the time.
DoesntMatter22··on Tesla basically cooked the books to show one last quarter of positive cash flow
Nearly all the media is negative against Tesla and Elon all the time.
DoesntMatter22··on Tesla basically cooked the books to show one last quarter of positive cash flow
I’d be more interested in this if Fred didn’t spend his entire existence on saying negative things about Tesla and Elon. They have over 40 billion in cash in the bank. That was supposedly just a made up number as well
DoesntMatter22··on BYD's luxury EV with 5-min fast charging and 500 miles range is headed overseas
Considering BYD is down in sales it doesn’t seem like that’s the case

DoesntMatter22··on 60 Minutes Havana Syndrome report finds U.S. government tested energy weapon
It doesn’t say they had it in their possession for the last decade. It says they tested it for about a year. Not clear when they would have gotten it.

Is there any actual evidence for this?
