And though this comparison by them might be little biased I found it interesting especially with regards to Signal: https://threema.ch/en/messenger-comparison
So I switched to Zettlr and never looked back.
Would they have allowed the personal one-time bought license to use in professional working, I would have sticked.
WebRTC encryption was possible by upgrading to Chrome 83 embedded in Electron. User may switch on/off encryption via menu.

I heard they wanted to really bring it to highest (possible) privacy level without a central "Master knows all" server. But open source is a real wow for a German governement project.
So, maybe one could adapt the title of this HN post "Germany’s Corona-Warn-App will be open sourced on GitHub"?
Just one example: the Jitsi Meet Electron app e.g., allows you to remote control a screen, if screen owner allows. This makes it a replacement for e.g. TeamViewer, VNC or so...
- open "Wacom Desktop Center"
- Top right (next to "Login") is "More" (click!)
- "Data Privacy Settings" (click!)
- "Participate In Wacom Experience Program" => on => off!
My setting was "On" - and I swear: whenever a program/website/installer asks I go "No thankx". So it must be dark UI patterns with evil defaults that this super-hidden thing was "on" for me. Shame on you, Wacom!
Also funny the disclaimer: "This site uses Google Analytics, honestly just in order to satisfy my personal curiosity about who visits it. More info" press "Cool" to close.

Roughly 47 BTC (~100,000 $) were paid by a total of ~310 users. There have been 300,000 infected PCs reported [1]. If we asume that a payment is done per machine (at least thats what the WannaCry 'rules' demand), than only 0,1% of infected users pay.
Seems, crime does not pay (at least it does not pay as much as expected) ;-)
