The site cloning idea sounds pretty neat. Maybe I will try to clone HN.

Any suggestions? I can't find any Python projects that look cool.

I think the US government is one company that needs to have most of its management fired, or at least scared shitless.

Go get a GED. Go to a community college and do your general studies. After two years, transfer to a state school and declare your major.

I agree with boolean here. Moving to a different part of the world will push most people out of their comfort zone, but that won't necessarily happen if you go with someone you know.

A year in Thailand sounds like a great adventure and a great chance to "find yourself" (please forgive me for the cliche). If you're gonna do it, then do it right.

That would mean going to Github and getting either an email for each person or their profile address. It's a good idea but we're looking for a single-click solution.

You beat me to it. I just couldn't pass up an opportunity to correct the English of someone who is talking about good English.

It's not automatic, but maybe we could create a directory of HN users on G+. I hear that the Google+ Developers API will be released soon, so we could use that to (hopefully) log into the directory. If you're logged in the directory would list all G+ HN users that you don't currently have added.

Just a thought.

I agree, Google needs to be very careful where they go from here. If they try to take over Android, or the iPhone, or the world, they could get into a shit load of trouble because of the antitrust laws in place here in America.

It's pretty ridiculous that a company can get in trouble for providing so many great services for free.

The ability to mass-add to circles would be nice, it's annoying as hell to add people one at a time. Also, something similar to Facebook Pages. I'd like to see a HN page made.

To be honest I'm not exactly sure what kind of programming I want to do. I'm thinking it will probably be related to the web in some way.

I'm glad Khan finally got around to adding some CS videos! I knew that Khan was a programmer himself, so the lack of videos on the subject always escaped me.
