You can't upload this data from one place, but if you have lots of installations of something, each of which is independently generating a lot of data, it's feasible.

It's faster to snail mail it to the datacenter since while the data transfer method's latency is higher, the throughput is much larger.

Google also released today "Google Storage Transfer Service", which can help you reach this scale.

Couldn't you generate data from within their data centres? 60Gb/s should be quite feasible. :)
