Ask HN: Front end UI work templates or gigs ( fiverr etc)

When you need to outsource your front end css work due to time contraints, what do you use? I have tried fiverr gigs but I get mixed results. I end up spending more time going back and forth even when I initially provide a detailed specification with images. I am considering buying templates and components and tweaking them. Is there a better way?
