Haha, I am a good friend of Omar's and the referenced physician-coder in the story. While he made it sound as though I had avoided healthcare altogether since graduating, I really did put in the effort! Part of me felt like I was obligated to put in some time given I spent half a decade in my 20's learning medicine.
