To be fair, it doesn't specify that the experience needs to be Clojure--they apparently are giving you credit for Lisp and/or Java.

Well it is possible to have 3 years clojure experience as the first commit on github is March 24, 2006. So clojoure is 3 years and 8 months old.
But only if your name is Richard Hickey :(

BTW, I remember an ad in 1999 asking for a Java developer with 5+ years of experience...
I think everyone saw those, they were rather rampant at the time... was actually making a joke to a coworker about that when I showed him the job posting.
