This article is new in claiming innefectiveness at usefully spending money to help disaster victims. I would love to see a detailed audit.

Both Charity Navigator and Charity Watch give the Red Cross a good rating. The NPR article doesn't seem to agree...
Problem: finding a reputable charity is hard. Why should users trust you?
