Show HN: Sublime text path translator

I just published my first open source project - a sublime text plugin. It is pretty simple in what it does but I've needed something like this many times. Here is the repo: <https://github.com/hbhakhra/Path-Translator> and it is available to install via package control as well under Path Translator.

Try it out and let me know what you think!
