Chrome OS to be revealed Thursday

It's like a colored version of pieces of GLaDOS.

As part of Google's ever-growing marketing efforts, next week's episode of Stargate: Universe will reveal that the Kinos were just unpainted prototypes of the Google Flying Spybots that will see all, record all, and send all back to the Googleplex for processing.

It reminds me of the morph ball from Metroid.

Spot the reflected Apple logo, top left?

It's the new friendlier version of HAL-9000; guaranteed not to kill in the first year of use.

What's wrong with reposts within reason -- especially when earlier post(s) have failed to get traction but the current one is succeeding?

Sorry. Usually HN catches them automatically...maybe it's getting swamped by the copious spam on the new page :-/ I've left this up because your original post seems to have vanished, even though I just voted for it.

If it's any comfort, >75% of my submissions sink without trace and get reposted later by someone else. I suppose some people tweet theirs but I can't stand Twitter. Or perhaps I just suck :)

Is it possible that the dupe-checking gets tricked by a trailing slash?
