Did our official HN Idea website go down?

I'm getting "502 Bad Gateway - nginx" at http://idea-ne.ws/

did you create a new hacker news thread simply to ask if a website is down?

This is like the new mogul thing, maybe you could mail the maintainer ?

For those that aren't aware of it, there's a new newmogul up and running. Same software, and same intentions. (HN, but for business)

Is there a good way to get a list of these?

A humble tip: messing around with Nginx as a webserver may have some big drawbacks. Great, but poor documentation in English.

If one's using, say, Django, our experience tells us that mod_wsgi + Apache are the way to go. Otherwise, you'll see that Nginx page consistently and will lose focus on the idea itself.

I think that is more a problem with the server restarting and the script to bring up the fcgi server up again not being set to a Sxx script in rc.d
