Absolutely no idea why do you get downvoted ... that would have been my first idea as a teen too.

You can do this with hotels too, but you don't see that happening. Not really sure why.

People party in hotel rooms all the time. It's just part of the standard operations of the hotel to deal with them so they never become a big deal.
