At the risk of being down voted I am going to respond. So if someone is female, black or old it's perfectly OK that they have a harder time finding a job? You're saying that the 'real world' can never change?

OnShift labels itself a startup. Can they afford when hiring to overlook the best talent in Cleveland simply because they're not white or Asian males under forty? They have no problems putting stock photos of smiling women all over their website though ;<(.

Now I will grant you that it is possible that the recruiter simply lied to this woman. If they did, the damage they caused to their client is incalculable.
