Is farmfresh pushing withg aggressive lack of options?

I think the combination of difficulties there are

1) canceling an order 2) getting a hold of them 3) aggressive drop-ops and no online option to cancel your service

is slightly acknowledged predatory business-style, what do you guys think of this?

You might say "is it legal" but tech companies are supposed to have some 'honesty glow' to them and looks bad.
