The destructuring algorithm in ECMAScript 6

Knowing the algorithm helps with understanding the difference between the following two function declarations.

    function move({x=0, y=0} = {})         { /*...*/ }
    function move({x, y} = { x: 0, y: 0 }) { /*...*/ }
